Hold the cards in your hands or spread the facedown on a table and choose one card. Before you look at the card, set an intention for yourself such as \"Now I will put my attention on this mindfulness practice and support myself to be strong and calm.\" Read the card slowly. Guide your friend in the practice on your card, then do it together. Notice what it's like to do it together.
